Introduction: Stuffed Pumpkin With Meat, Cheese & Sundried Tomatoes Recipe
1 Hokkaido pumpkin
500g ground meat
150g gouda cheese
1 hand sundried tomatoes
half cup breadcrumbs
2 spoons tomato paste
salt, pepper, paprika & oregano
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the hokkaido pumpkin flat on the underside and cut off the top. Remove the seeds and wash them clean. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to the meat. Add breadcrumbs, tomato paste & gouda cheese. Cut the sundried tomatoes in small pieces and put them in the bowl. Stir everything together. Fill the mix in the hokkaido pumpkin and place it on a oven plate. Fry the seeds with a bit oil in a pan.
Step 2: Finish
The seeds just needs a few minutes in the pan. Lay them on kitchen paper. Put the hokkaido in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 50 minutes and enjoy.
