Introduction: Stuffed Pork

Step 1:

chop four slices of your favorite bacon into cubes

Step 2:

add the bacon to a table spoon of olive oil and cook until crispy

Step 3:

chop a half of a cup of parsely into to very small pieces

Step 4:

chop a 8oz. package of any mushroom you like into 1in. cubes (make sure to wash your mushrooms before you chop them)

Step 5:

add the mushrooms to the pan and cook them until they are cooked through (about 5min.)

Step 6:

add the parsely to the pan and stir that in

Step 7:

mince 4 cloves of garlic

Step 8:

a table spoon of lemon zest and half a lemons juice(hold the lemon up so the seeds do not fall into your pan) also add your garlic and cook for a min. and turn off the heat

Step 9:

add a table of plain bread crumbs to the pan and mix well

Step 10:

butterfly your pork( cut it in half but leave an 1in. border from the end of the pork so you don't cut all the way through it) i am using an 8oz. pork

Step 11:

open it like a book

Step 12:

cover it with some saran wrap an use the side of a meat hammer and pound it out until it is flat

Step 13:

add all of you mixture to the middle of your pork and spread evenly over it
