Step 3Wrists
For those using garland
Wrap each wrists three times with the garland, think candy cane with a very sparse area of red. Use 6 safety pins around each wrist, making sure to close all 3 inner wires under each safety pin.
For those of you using "fur".
Measure the circumference of the wrist, distance around the outside. Cut the "fur" to fit leave about 2 inches extra "just in case" and attach just as you did the bottom.
