Write the name you want in a paper and transform it to the Styrofoam with carbon paper. Next cut it with a Hot wire cutter or soldering iron . I had my homemade table top Styrofoam cutter so no problem! for others who don't problem...get a 60w soldering iron (which is cheap and just go around your letters....only don't get too close as it might burn too much!

Step 3: Cut Letters

As you can see...the styrofoam has holes....doesn't look good...
so i filled it with wall filler ...let it dry well and sanded it.
