This is going to be a long one. Brace yourself and let's dive right in.
Get Higher Scores by Beating Missions
This is pretty self-explanatory. But still - running with a purpose brings more points to the table. During each mission you will receive some tasks like "collect 100 coins" or "jump x times", each of this will net you an added bonus. So it is a waste not to complete these.
Do Daily Challenges. Really
These challenges are the easiest way to boost your coins income. Challenge is basically a word-filling game. You are given a word, when you complete a mission you are awarded a letter. Fill up the whole word and you get a hefty bonus in coins. Each mystery box (given to you after you fill a word) contains up to 100 000 coins. Not bad, if you ask me.
Connect to Facebook, Earn Stuff for Free
It is really easy to do. You are not giving away your personal info. Your wall is safe. No harm to your account. So, all in all, pretty harmless, but effective. By connecting, you are receiving hefty coins bonus, bunch of keys, hoverboards, and so on.
Game Hides From You
During the tutorial you are shown some fancy moves. But these are not all you can do, there is more. By jumping, then swiping left, you are doing mid-air dash which is super useful. You also can cancel the jump by rolling, this is especially useful with Super Sneakers.
Look Forward with Confidence
The farther you roll the more stuff will be thrown at you, so it is prudent to keep your eyes open at all times. Sometimes objects come in so fast that you have less than half a second to dodge. If you watching on ahead, you can deal with nasty surprises more easily.
The Higher the Better
While you will mostly run on the surface, you should literally aim for the stars. And while you can't run on those, you can satisfy your curiosity but running on some trains instead. This will prevent you from meeting with another trains and road blocks head-on.
Portrait Mode is the Way to Go (Run)
If you're playing on large devices, the game will probably set you on a landscape mode, which is fancy and all that. But what you really need is to play on Portrait mode, since this one gives you a much better field of view.
Know Your Hoverboard
Hoverboards are nice things if you manage to stay put, avoiding hits (else they will drop off you). Since they last only measly 30 seconds, it is nice to study them beforehand, or at least study the most common ones like Big Kahuna Bouncer, Daredevil and so on. Here is the link to the full list of these boards.
Know Your Power-Ups
It is also good to know what power ups are there in the game and what they do. Jetpack will give you the flying ability, Sneakers will make you run like a train, coin magnet will attract all coins like bees to the honey. Finally, 2x multiplier will double your score while it is active. If you only starting the game, you probably want to focus on the Coin Magnet and Jetpack, since coins are the most important early and Jetpack will help you to get out of the harm's way.
