"Sugar Daddy" homemade Pretzels

\"Sugar Daddy\" homemade Pretzels

So around where I lived there was a place called "tying the knot pretzels". They sold pretzels of all kinds and they were DELICIOUS. But soon they closed and there were no more pretzels. Probably because of their high prices. But I wanted more pretzels and thought "hey, how hard could it be to make pretzels". So I tried to make their most famous pretzels the "sugar daddy" and it was easy and they turned out great. So I thought they would be perfect for the candy contest. They are relativly easy to make and taste great. Vote for me in the candy contest and enjoy :)

*Licks lips* Im gonna have to convince my mom to let me make these...In a mall about 20 minutes they have a pretzel store and there cinnamon/sugar ones are my favorite, so I have to try this :) Yours look just like there's do! I was observing them making them once while my mom was in the store next to it getting cookies for my little brother and sister and its pretty much the same process.

Also, in step 3 picture 3, since there in a pan are they floating in the water, or touching the bottom? I can't really tell :P

How is this a candy?

But that's like saying you sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on a potato chip. It's still a pretzel, no matter what you put on it. That's just my opinion, but that being said the Sugar Daddy's still look really good.
