Chocolate are extremely easy to make at home. Click on the video above for instructions. You can use powdered sugar or sweetener of your choice for sugar-free version.

Step 1: Ingredients

Three ingredients is all you need for this recipe.

  1. 7 tbsps cocoa butter
  2. 6 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (or 12 sachets)

Step 2: Melt Cocao Butter in Microwave

Melt cocoa butter in microwave on 10-20 second interval. Remove from microwave once the cocoa butter melted. Add in cocoa powder and sweetener, whisk to mix thoroughly.

Tips: Reheat the mixture to 31-32 C to temper the chocolate. This step is optional if you need shiny and attractive looking chocolate bar.

Step 3: Mould

Spoon the chocolate mixture into chocolate mould.

Step 4: Refrigerate

Keep refrigerated for about 30 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy

I don't have cocoa butter in my country. Can i use regular butter to make this recepie?
<p>You can replace cocoa butter with coconut oil, but I not sure about butter. </p>

<p>If you are not on a low or no sugar diet, replace sweetener with powdered sugar and increase the sweetness to your liking.</p>
