This Panini sandwich thing is sweet and crunchy. This recipe is made with just three simple ingredients carrots mangoes and cheese.

Step 1: Gather the Following Ingredients:

  • Baby carrots
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 slices of bread
  • A block of cheese or 1/5 cup of cheese

Tools

  • Panini or Sandwich press
  • Knife

Step 2: Grate the Block of Cheese

Grate the cheese till it fills up to about 1/5 a cup .

Step 3: Put the Cheese on the Bread

Distribute the cheese evenly among the surface of the bread.

Step 4: Scoop and Cut the Mango

Scoop out 1/2 of the mango away from the skin, cut into thin slices, and then lay on top of the cheese on the sandwich.

Step 5: Cut the Baby Carrots Then Lay Them on Top of the Mangoes on the Sandwich

Cut 5 baby carrots into fourths then place them add it to the sandwich

Step 6: Sandwich It Up!

Place the sandwich into the sandwich or panini press and turn it on, slightly oil the sides of the press so that it doesn't stick.

Step 7: Indulge in Your Creation!
