Cut out the front and back pieces of the shirt.
Cut 2 pieces 13 X 17 inches this will be the dress bottom.
With right sides together pin one dress bottom to the shirt front. With right sides together pin the remaining dress bottom to the shirt back.
Sew the dress bottom to the shirt front. Sew the dress bottom to the shirt back. Pin the dress front to the dress back as shown.
Sew the dress front to the dress back at the sides and shoulders.
Pin the hem in, for the neck, sleeve, and bottom using 1/4 inch double hem. Sew the neck, sleeves, and bottom hem. Turn right side out.
