Ingredients:

Gluten Free Noodles (picture shows Penne noodles, but you can use what you want)

2 cans diced tomatoes with Basil and Garlic

2 cans Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)

15 - 24 oz Chicken Broth

1 - 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

1 - 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning

1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Parmesan Cheese

Optional - ground beef / chicken / turkey - fried and drained

If using meat - cook it and drain it while pasta is cooking. Once meat is cooked, add tomatoes, beans and Chicken broth to the meat to simmer until pasta is ready. When pasta is cooked, drain it but don't rinse it. Add other ingredients to the pasta and stir thoroughly. Ready to serve within 30 minutes.....just top each bowl or plate with Parmesan Cheese. For a complete meal.....add a salad.
