This instructable will show you how to make scoops for tea/herbs/spices/sugar/what-have-you with Popsicle sticks and bottle caps.
I work in a food cooperative in Santa Cruz. Our little store is full of crafty eccentricities. I work the tea and herb section and saw we were in need of scoops. I thought of what I could do with what I had-- this is the idea I came up with and the scoops we currently use in our bulk jars.
Plastic bottle caps are not recyclable-- make them so!

You'll need some flat sticks, bottle caps, glue, and something to decorate with (I used stamps).
