Super Simple Gluten Free Peanut Butter (Chocolate Chip) Cookies

Super Simple Gluten Free Peanut Butter (Chocolate Chip) Cookies
Makes 2 dozen or more depending on size.


Items needed:

Measuring Cup
Mixing Spoon
Table Spoon
Cookie Sheet (non-stick shown)
Cooling Rack X2

Items not shown*
Fork
Spatula

Ingredients:

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup your choice Brown or White sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Chocolate Chips (less if you don't want that many)

Preheat oven to 350
Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg.
Spoon one dozen onto cookie sheet
Form crisscross with fork
Cook for 10 minutes

To prevent squishing cookies let cool for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack

Mix in chocolate chips to remaining peanut butter
Spoon on dozen onto cookie sheet
Cook for 10 minutes

To prevent squishing cookies let cool for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack

DONE!!! Enjoy!!!
