Super Slingshot

this instructable teaches you how to make an awesome, easy slingshot that fires a marble 37 metres!! ( or about 100 feet or all u americans!!) also fires smooth rocks bout 50 metres (139 feet)
And when u use instructables member Sharlston's Shotgun shells for slingshots (http://www.instructables.com/id/shotgun-shells-for-slingshots/) it is really awesome

Y shaped branch
Resistance tube (or rubber surgical tube)
Tape
Old sole of shoe
