Step 1: Collect Your Ingredients
- 4-8 bananas (depending on appetite)
- A handful of dates
- An apple
- Greens (I used beetroot greens and broccoli)
- A sprinkle of nuts and seeds
- Water or nut milk
Step 2: Blend It All Up
Chuck everything into your blender
Step 3: Drink It Down
