Introduction: Super Spicy Chilly Sauce

Only for brave hearts!
Beware :
Opening the sauce bottle can itself make your eyes water .
Typically an Indian spicy sauce, to add flavours and taste to dull and ordinary food.

Step 1: Ingredients

Get all types of available chillies !
Bell peppers, green chillies, red chilli!
-Onions
-Garlic
-Tomato

Step 2: Prep Time

1. Chop the onions, garlic and pepper.
Blend garlic, chillies, tomato and half of pepper.
Add water to get consistency.

Step 3: Stir Fry

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped garlic, fry it.
3. Add chillies, onion and chilly powder. To make the oil red in color.
4. Add capsicum and fry till brown.

Step 4: Saute

1. Add the paste and keep frying at high flame.
Till you get oil from the sauce.

Step 5: Saucy Affair

To make the sauce more consistent.
Take some corn flour, mix with water and add to the paste.
Keep stirring occasionally until you get sauce !!
Let it to cool and then serve with anything and everything.
