Step 2: How to.

FIRST STEP- unscrew lid from peroxide. pour the peroxide into lid (cap). pour contents into your small cup.

SECOND STEP- pour mouthwash into cap (lid). we are using the cap as the measuring cap. pour mixture into the same cup.

THIRD STEP- now pour lots of baking(soda)(powder) into the same cup stir until liquid becomes a paste.

FOURTH STEP- put your toothbrush into the paste. brush as you normally would.

YOU ARE NOW COMPLETElY DONE.

WARNING- if u get hurt some how dont blame me I AM NOT RESPONIBLE FOR SPONTANIUS PAIN. IF U BRUSH TO LONG YOUR GUMS WILL TURN WHITE DONT WORRY IT WILL GO AWAY IN ABOUT TWENTEY+MINUITES!

The gums turn white because of the hydrogen peroxide. It's not a serious problem unless you're using like 30% lab grade hydrogen peroxide.
