get the ingredients off ebay, they might not be listed but email a seller that has iron oxide powder or aluminum powder, the chances are they sell what you need.

put it in a disposable container, i used a paper coffee cup.
now add abit of water, and stir, don't over do it with the water, put a few drops in then stir, then a few more until it becomes a slugy mess.

Like all soluble barium compounds, barium nitrate is toxic by ingestion or inhalation. Symptoms of poisoning include tightness of muscles (especially in the face and neck), vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, muscular tremors, anxiety, weakness, labored breathing, cardiac irregularity, and convulsions. So, if anybody breaths in the smoke, or handles the barium nitrate, ot the thermate, with bare hands, keep an eye on them for the next week or so. If symptoms occur:
Solutions of sulfate salts such as Epsom salts or sodium sulfate may be given as first aid for barium poisoning, as they precipitate the barium as the insoluble (and non-toxic) barium sulfate.
And, of course, seek medical care.
