Surime and cucumber anemona

This is a playful way of presenting a salad that is quite tasty easy to make and completly edible.

Step 1 Ingredients

1- Cucumbre
3- surime sticks(one per cucmber cup)
Mayonaisse
Paprika
Seaweed
Red pepper
Scallions
Garlic Salt

Yes i saw that contest, but it is limited for international entries.

Unfortunately, ALL of the current contests are restricted that way.

Hopefully, that will change in the near future... BUT... you can still enter AND win the Salad Challenge. The prize cannot be shipped internationally, but there IS a LOOPHOLE. ;-)

Do you have a friend in Canada (sans Quebec) or the US? The prize can be shipped to them and they can mail it to you. OR you could just donate/award the prize to whoever you chose, provided they live in a qualifying country.

Your wonderful Salad Recipe is already published, so why not go for it? You have nothing to lose and everything (new friends included) to gain!
