Sushi!

Sushi!
We decided to make sushi tonight!  We were at the grocery store and I remembered that we had pickled ginger, rice vineger and bamboo rolling mats at home, so I grabbed some sushi seaweed and went on YouTube to figure out how to make it!  It turns out they have tons of videos on the subject.  I made california roll style, and my sister even made some inside out ones.  If you have some time on your hands (about two hours) and are feeling creative and hungry, you should try it out!  I arranged the sushi in a bowl to make a giant sushi flower!  Make sure to wet your hands when handling the rice and moisten your knife when placing the rice and cutting the sushi so that the rice doesn't stick to you and cause the whole roll to fall apart!  Serve with Wasabi, Pickled Ginger, and Soy Sauce!
