Step 1: What You Will Need

Double creme (creme)
Tools for turning the meatballs
Step 2: Heat the Oven
Step 3: Prepare the Meat
Let it warm up in the microwave for x minutes depending on the mass of the meat. Mine was at 600 grams, it took almost 8 minutes to thaw in the microwave.
Step 4: Use the Meat
Step 5: Eggs
Take two eggs. Crack them into the bowl and mix it with the meat.
Step 6: Bread Crumbs
Step 7: Add All Spices
The spices from right to left in first picture; Pepper, Ginger, Garlic powder, French herbs, Thyme, Salt and Oregano.
After all spices are added mix them. Take a spoon and taste the result. If it isn't very spicy, add more until you like the taste.
Step 8: Double Creem

Step 10: Fry
Next take two tools for turning the meatballs. A spoon is also very useful.
Put the heat to one step lower than max, 8 out of 9 on my stove.
Step 11: Oven Pan
Step 12: Butter the Frying Pan
Step 13: Fry Time
Add some of the meatballs in the frying pan.
Turn them so all sides of the ball will get fried. Be quick, because they will get fried quick and should not be I there for too long.
Step 14: Bake
When you've fried them just enough, put them into the glass pan.
Add more butter into the frying pan.
Put them I the oven at 175°C (347°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
