Here you'll find a good way to cook stuffed sweet peeper

Step 1: Pepper Choice

Just take a bio pepper, as big as a can of beer in order to stuff it properly. Then cut head of the vegetable with a knife to clean out seeds and keep the hat for later uses

Step 2: Prepare the Stuff

Grind three to five pieces of garlic and melt it with 300g of fresch minced meat

Step 3: Stuff the Sweet Pepper

The principle is benin. Take the stuff to fill the pepper with. Then add a biological egg and pour around 50g of grated cheese

Step 4: Complete Your Creation

It is now time restitute the hat of the pepper and put it in the oven during 30 minutes at 180C

Step 5: Enjoy

You can eat the stuffed sweet pepper with white rice and a glass of wine as a complement
