I formally apologize for the quality of the pictures :( I do not have a camera to use except for this cheap video camera. the camera i used to take the pictures for the intro was my neighbor's camera.
So good luck building and read the image notes, they will help.

instead of putting the orange connectors in the front on the top i left a space so i could put in a removeable safety. I do it with all of the guns i make.

You know, it would be really helpful if you say that you need this blue/gray connector part so somebody like me doesn't waste an hour just to find out you dont have all the parts. -_-

Darn.....I should've taken a picture of the gun when I had it.....it had some really good mods on it.....

For the ****ing love of!!!!???? Why does EVERY good ramrod gun HAVE to have a TON of blue rods sticking out?! Are there ANY knex rods for sale that only have 5 spaces??? Oh by the way, very nice gun, extremely satisfied, well, maybe except for the handle but I fixed that. I did somewhat manage to fix the problem stated above by adding another layer to the gun, but I found it to be a waste of pieces. I also found that filling the space at the front of the gun does not change much..... So congratulations, 5*.

ok, i'm confused - can you wither say, or post another photo lengthways from the back so i can see the layers at the back, a load more just seem to appear at start of step 5 without any instructions?

thanks in advance.

I don't get the step where you add all the grey connectors, other body shell mysteriously appears? And adding the other part of the handle?

I made the gun verry well but i dont understand how the mag works and how he locks into the gun + how u need to place the rubber band, plz help me!

It looks completely identical to Oblivitus' full or semi auto oodammo slingshot gun!
Apr 9, 2010. 6:30 PMSNIPERDUDE says:
Hmm, shame I couldn't see the workings and innards of the gun.  I take interest in the small little details and mechanics 95% of people, even K'nex gun builders, miss.  I got an idea or two from your's, maybe it's high time I make a new hybrid gun.

Keep up the good work,
Leo
Apr 9, 2010. 9:55 PMSNIPERDUDE says:
I have, thank you.
While all wonderful creations, I don't think I can take anything from them.
My new creation will be a medium-sized gun with detachable magazine, near frictionless design (power is only determined by the maker's rubber bands.  This aims to use up all potential stored, with no loss in kinetic energy at all), and perhaps pump action.  And as always, it shall be built ground-up, leaving looks behind.

Cheers!
Apr 13, 2010. 4:54 PMknex_mepalm says:
Wow, that sounds hard. What about a knex-magnetic gun. A neodynium magnet could be fired upod a knex piece which will transfer energy to the next step, doubling the kinetic energy every time. It will make it fly out at speeds unable from Rubberbands. I'm working on my, its hard.
Jul 15, 2010. 9:58 AMSeleziona says:
wow, that would be amazing..
Jul 13, 2010. 7:36 PMIAMKNEXFREEK says:
killerk came up with that 4 years ago and couldnt make it! neither could i! i hope ya can :0
Jul 26, 2010. 3:35 AMknex_mepalm says:
Nah didn't work. It didn't work, I finally melted the piece with the magnet in the middle but the shoddy design threw the balance off, at most it shot about 120 feet, when I was lucky.
Apr 13, 2010. 6:43 PMSNIPERDUDE says:
Well, I have an initial design in mind, and a working prototype of this mechanism.  The next major steps are the detachable magazine, and the pump-action loader.
I am curious as to how well your magnetic design works.
Apr 13, 2010. 7:27 PMknex_mepalm says:
I would like to explain, but here is a more simpler approach.
http://scitoys.com/scitoys/scitoys/magnets/gauss.html

As the web site explains I plan on putting it inside a knex gun, and the ball will not be released but shot by rubberbands. And the balls replaced by neodynium magnets if possible. I will work hard, but I am terrible at guns but initally good at new ideas. So the rail will be inside the gun, and the gun is not 100% knex but rather a hybrid. I am hoping for it to rech speeds up to 400 fps for testing or rodent killing.
