Ingredient for six people:

450gr pork meat
1 egg
potato starch or corn flour
3 little leeks
4 little peppers(long about 10 cm)
half a tin of natural pineapple
white wine
frying oil
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
tomato ketchup
1 red chilli or chilli powder
One clove of garlic
vinegar

I know it sounds a little strange, but it's quite common: take a leek, and put it in your sweet and sour pork. (Dom DeLuise, anyone? Am I dating myself just a tad?) On a more serious note, nice job! It looks very tasty. And sometimes the goggles are just the thing you need for the onion battles. When you say "corn flour", I presume the use is as a thickener? One could probably use corn starch, too (maybe exactly the same thing?). Yet it also look as though you are using the corn flour as a kind of breading with the pork. Ever tried this with All-Purpose Flour (bleached wheat flour)?
