{THE INTEGRATED CARD READER}

Ever find yourself with a memory card or flash drive with nowhere to stick it?  Yup, I've been in that situation too and I hate searching for a reader or an open USB port.  Inspired by my dead computer, I found a solution.  I removed the card reader/USB port combo drive and augmented it to fit my own needs, which is in the Instructables spirit.

This instructable looks cool and what I needed. But I'm having trouble with the pic showing the two sets of wires taped to what doesn't appear to be a USB end. Maybe I misunderstood this as an external connection for the reader via the USB port? As in, you could plug in the card reader like you would a keyboard or mouse.

Perhaps a pic of the finalized item in it's entirety, svp?
