This is really facile, and I can tell you that because I am a mess in the kitchen and only do easy things. (The original recipe have bacon oohhh delicious carbohidrates. This time I had not it but it is so real that in the kitchen when you do not have one ingredient it does not matter because you can experiment, like in chemistry, and always obtain interesant things.)

Step 1: Get the Ingredients

You will need:
Parsley chopped
1/2 Onion (or 1 small onion) chopped
1 pound Lean Steak Mince
2 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Mustard
Salt
Pepper
(Bacon if you want)

For the extras:
Bread
Tomato
Avocado
Jalapeno
Lettuce

1. Well, take the lean steak mince, and put in a large bowl.
2. Add the chopped onion, the parsley, salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard (and if you have bacon). Crumble in the ground beef, and mix together by hand. Get dirty. Form into 6 patties.

Step 2: TLCAN Hamburguer2

3. Preheat a grill for high heat.
4. When is ready put the meat and wait.

Then just add the extras.
