For my sister's sixteenth birthday party she wanted a 'topsy-turvy' cake, so my mom, brother, dad and I all worked together and built her a giant cake. It's not quite a topsy-turvy cake, but cool nontheless.

Each part of the cake has some significance for my sister: a sport she plays, something she likes or uses a lot, etc.

We've seen people of the Food Network use fondant like it was the easiest thing to use ever, it is actually a tiny bit hard to work with. But that could be because it was the first time we ever tried to use it.
