Now Imma gonna make this REAL simple, even Chowder couldn't do this! You need a good-sized bowl, two cans of tuna or one (depending how big it is), a jar of mayonaise, a fork, a wooden spoon and a can opener.

If you have a bit more time, cut a bun in half.  Put the mixture on top of each half, and then top the mixture with slice of good ol' American cheese.  Slide it under the broiler for a coupleof minutes.  Watch it carefuly so the cheese doesn't burn.  You just want the cheese to melt.  At least --  that's the way I like it, uh huh, uh huh!.  OOOPS!  My age is showing!  LOL

When draining the water off the tuna, do not throw it away  Save it for the nearest domestic feline--watch kitty go wild over tuna water.  Our cats come running when you say it!
