3. Salt
 4. Pepper
 5. Bacon Grease

Step 1: Step 1: Add Flour

Add about 1 cup of Flour to a container.

Sprinkle Salt and Pepper to taste. Sift it around to incorportate Salt and Pepper.

Step 2: Step 2: Add Taters

Use an Ice Cream Scoop. Add a Scoop of taters, coat the tater all the way around.

Step 3: Step 3: Press Into Patties

Step 5: Step 5: Flip

Fry til golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serve with Eggs and Toast!

Never had them ,till now. They are great.. thx...

So they are your first time then? How did you like them for your first time? I Loved them. The more grease you use, the more crispy they get, Just leave them a little longer to crisp up real good, the part I hate is flipping cause it's harder to get the top crisp unless you got enough grease in the skillet to cover the bottom again. Mom fixed them for breakfast all the time. With some over medium eggs and toast.

Great breakfast recipe.

Thanks, It's also VERY Tasty. My mother used to fix it all the time. And now I fix it for breakfast just about everytime we have leftover Mashed Taters!
