I needed something to wear with the beautiful pink dress I wanted to wear for Marvalous Monday at work. So I whipped together this earring and necklace set. It only requires regular rings and chains and is pretty simple to put together. And it is, of course, pink!

Step 1: Supplies

You just need the regular old tatting basic supplies
 1. Crochet Cotton Size 10
 2. Tatting Needle Size 5
 3. 2 Earrings
 4. 4 - 6 Jump Rings
 5. Clasp
I crochet, some kniting, teaching my self to tat, and interested in crochet wire jewelery. Thank you for posting this beautiful work. I likly will be refering to this site often

what does the k stand for?

Knot. So when you see that you want to make a knot in your work.

Love this set - I haven't tatted for about 40 some years and just got back into it using the needle method rather than the shuttle. I love it. Can't wait to try your pattern. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

Thanks for taking a look! I'd love to see how your necklace turns out :D

Thank you for the wonderful necklace pattern. I just finished making one for my wife. I plan on giving it to her for Valentines Day. I hope she likes it. I just started tatting a week ago.

This is absolutely gorgeous. Tatting is at risk of being a lost art and you bring it right into today's world with this bright and beautiful piece! I rated it a 5!
Thanks! I love tatting and I think you can make so many beautiful things by tatting!
Another gem that you've just "whipped up!" I hope I can do that someday!!
Oh, it's a lot of fun! I hope you do take it up one of these days.
So pretty. From the thumbnail I thought the ear rings were skulls. That would be cool. But this is really pretty.

Hmmm, maybe I'll see what I can come up with!
Beautiful and SO intricate!!!
Beautiful! Your tatting projects are inspiring.
Thank you! It's great to hear it!
When you say whipped up did it take hours and hours? This just looks too delicate and intricate to be a quick craft! I love the color!
I would say an hour or two maybe. It is always hard for me to tell because I get distracted and stop to take pictures as I go. It really doesn't take much time, especially when you have a repeating pattern like this because you are just doing the same thing over and over and over again :)

And I like the color too!
Wow this los like it takes days! I need another hobby like I need a hole in the head but you ate intriguing me!
I know! I always pick up new crafties and now I have too many thing I want to make all the time!
Oh, wow.
They are gorgeous, nice make! I'm sure this is far beyond the skills of my own hands, though I've forwarded it to relevant female family members :D
Tatting looks really interesting! Eventually I would like to learn how. It's very beautiful!
I hope you do learn! It is quite fun!
