Have you thought about using the bathroom wall covering to cover your camper? It is very flexable and completely waterproof. It is White all the way through so if it got scratched it would not show. It shouldn't be as heavy as aluminum. You can get it in smooth or textured finish.

A friend of mine used this in his build and it came out nicely. I used some scraps from him in Step 31 while I was insulating. It's pretty heavy stuff, I think it weighs more than aluminum.

I may change it later, but I like the painted exterior for now. Thanks tho!
