Now that you have got your main circuit board constructed and the enclosure ready. It's time to fit the circuit board comfortably inside of your enclosure.

Then we move on to the LED display.

I used a scrap piece of transparent plastic cylinder (OD = 3" , height = 2 5/8") and two plastic disks for the display enclosure. In order for the internal LED display pc board to be connected to the main circuit board, I cut a small notch in the bottom of the cylinder to allow the cable to pass through. We roughed up the inside of the cylinder to give it a milky white look; this is to hide the LED pc board and to diffuse the light given off by the LEDs. The top disk is attached to the plastic cylinder with acrylic solvent cement.

When this is ready, take your display circuit board and wrap it in some recycled plastic (this also helps to hide the pc board and diffuse the light from the LEDs). Insert the plastic wrapped board into the cylinder and attach the bottom.
