Slide the CO2 in the pipe and than tip the pipe so that the CO2 is in the front then
ram the pipe

if this does not make sense watch the video on step 6

Just looking at the design, I'd say that it functions more like a mortar. You have the pipe sitting on the ground, with a vertical angle. Then you drop the CO2 cartridge in, it slides down, pieces on the screw and launches itself back out. Sounds like it would be incredibly difficult to aim and rather unsafe. I just don't see what the inner tube is for, insulation from the cold?

TyrenRaven it is not for insulation  it easier to hold because it slips
