Introduction: Terrific Bread Pudding!

About: I enjoy trying to get the most bang for my buck with my iPad 1!

This is a great dessert delicacy. (Grandmom's family recipe.) It tastes great and the work to make this will pay off in the end for the delicious taste. If you are allergic to raisins, bread, sugar, salt, butter, milk, eggs, or cinnamon, then you will not be able to eat this. The time to make this will take about 15 minutes to prepare, 45 minutes to cook, and 30 minutes to cool down.

*Proceed with caution and parental supervision!

Step 1: Materials

Food Materials:
- 1 cup of seedless Raisins
- 2 cups of Milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 Tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tsp of cinnamon
- 2 8 inch rolls of Italian bread (3 pieces of stale bread works too.)

Tools:
- Knife
- Liquid measure
- Pot
- Small Bowl
- Tsp measure
- dry measure
- 2 cooking bowls 10 inches across and 3 inches deep. (At least one of these bowls has to be metal.)
- Stove and oven

Step 2: Preparing to Cook 1 of 5.

First you will preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, get your liquid measure and pour out two cups of milk. Then, pour the milk into the pot and put it on the stove set on high. Now add 1/4 cup of butter to the pot . (Turn stove off when the milk is scalded. a.k.a boiling.)

Step 3: Preparing to Cook 2 of 5.

Now, crack two eggs into the small bowl and beat them slightly. Then proceed to add one 1/4 Tsp of salt and one Tsp of cinnamon. Stir until golden brown. (Don't forget to watch your milk.)

Step 4: Preparing to Cook 3 of 5.

Get your metal pot and fill it half way up with water. In the other bowl you will want to break up all of your bread. Once you break the bread up, take it out of the bowl and put it to the side for now. (Don't forget to watch your milk.)

Step 5: Preparing to Cook Step 4 of 5.

Now take your mixture of salt, eggs, and cinnamon and pour it into the pot of scalded milk. Measure a cup of raisins and add it to the mixture in the pot. Once this is done, take your other cooking bowl (the one without water) and add the mixture of milk, raisins, eggs, salt, and cinnamon to it.

Step 6: Preparing to Cook Step 5 of 5.

Now add half a cup of sugar into the mixture and mix the ingredients up. Once it is thoroughly mixed, add the bread you previously cut up to the mixture. Press the bread down so all of the bread is soaked.

Step 7: Time to Cook!

Now that your mixture is finished, place your bread pudding in the oven for 45 minutes. Now it's time to wait.

Step 8: More Waiting...

Once the cooking process is over, take the bread pudding out of the oven and place it on the stove. Make sure it is finished by putting a knife in the mixture and seeing if the inside is liquid. If it is, then simply put it back into the oven for 5 more minutes. If it's done, then leave it on the stove and wait 30 minutes for the bread pudding to cool.

Step 9: Finally Time to Enjoy!

Once your bread pudding is cool, you can serve your delicious dessert to all of your friends and family!
