This is a great dessert delicacy. (Grandmom's family recipe.) It tastes great and the work to make this will pay off in the end for the delicious taste. If you are allergic to raisins, bread, sugar, salt, butter, milk, eggs, or cinnamon, then you will not be able to eat this. The time to make this will take about 15 minutes to prepare, 45 minutes to cook, and 30 minutes to cool down.

Step 1: Materials

Food Materials:
- 1 cup of seedless Raisins
- 2 cups of Milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 Tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tsp of cinnamon
- 2 8 inch rolls of Italian bread (3 pieces of stale bread works too.)

- Knife
- Liquid measure
- Pot
- Small Bowl
- Tsp measure
- dry measure
- 2 cooking bowls 10 inches across and 3 inches deep. (At least one of these bowls has to be metal.)
- Stove and oven

<p>This looks close to what my mum cooked but if you did not cook in bain-marie process would we have finished with a crispy crust( which is the best part)</p>
