could i power some house equipments (fridge, pc, etc.) using one of this, i read you can, but how do i conduct the electricity to the object i want to power??

Yes you can. You use a second passive Tesla coil to step down the high voltage/low current to a lower voltage/higher current that is suitable for the device you want to drive. You also would need to tune the sending Tesla coil so that it didn't quite spark since sparking wastes power.

Not likely Teslas are high frequency (to protect you), High enough Voltage to ionize air (make sparks) and low current (barely enough to light a fluorescent
lamp)  Rather impossible to run a refrigerator compressor motor :-)
