Healthy, easy, fun, fresh and transportable. A healthy fast wrap ready for any summer time partay!

Step 1: Thai Summer Rolls

Open rice sheet package.

Step 2:

1 pkg Rice Paper Discs
You will be using 6-10

Step 3:

Step 3: dip one sheet rice paper into warm water
             Place on a clean surface, like a plate or cutting board

Step 4:

 
1 jalapeno, seeded and julienned
250 g white rice noodles, cooked, cooled
 
1/2 cup each of julienned: red or green peppers
cucumber
green mango
green or red onion
carrot
roasted chicken or
shrimp
snow peas

Place an assortment along one edge of moist rice paper disc.
Fold the bottom over the filling
Fold in both sides
 

Step 5:

Continue tightly wrapping and rolling to make a neat package
Set onto a platter.
If you are not using right away, place each roll on a clean leaf of lettuce for an easy parcel so it will not stick to the platter
If you do not have lettuce the package will not stick to the plate.
Continue to repeat the previous steps to finish the filling and rice paper packages
Dip in sauce.
Enjoy!

Step 6:

Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup tamari sauce
7-8 drops sesame seed oil
1/2-1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
1/2 tsp pureed or grated ginger

Mix together and place in a decorative dish for dipping

Enjoy with love!
