2. Place (room temperature) cream cheese, and bacon fat and place in a large bowl, or food processor.
3. Beat cream cheese bacon, add spinach and do the same. (It should turn green).
4. Add Garlic and Pepper to taste.
5. Add almost all of the shreded cheese, leave out about 1/4th of it.
6. Whip all that together, to a consistent paste.
7. Add about half a cup of roasted pine nuts, and the remainder of the cheese.
8. Fold Mixture lightly and transfer to a plate covered with saran wrap.
