Introduction: The Beach Rock Candle Holder

Love the beach? Love candles? ....Love rocks?
If you said yes to any of the above, then this is the perfect, easy-to-make candle holder for you!!

BTW: My first Instructable!!

Step 1: Materials & Tools

What you'll need:

1.) Hot glue gun

2.) Beach rocks or suitable substitute (As many as you think are necessary)

3.) A candle that you like!

(Optional as shown, a tray or dish for candle. Not needed, but adds to the overall look of the final product)

Step 2: Getting It Assembled!

Use the candle as the starting point to arrange the beach rocks. Once you have found your desired look, get your glue gun!

Like mortar, just fill in the cracks with the glue. I discovered gravity is great when used to your advantage, so don't let it fool you. Remember, you can move this thing however you want to as long as the glue is cooled and hardened.

Note: I wanted a more seamless look on the "outside" of the rocks, so I glued from the "inside". It doesn't really matter, just do it how you think is best.

IMPORTANT: Don't glue anything until you're sure you like it. Once it is cool, you'll have to break or cut the glue to do any rearranging.

Step 3: Final Product!

Congratulations!! Hopefully you stuck with it and got through both of my grueling steps in building this holder! Hope you liked it and enjoy it!! May all your friends ask, "Where did you get such a cool holder?!" and you in reply "I made it!"

Note: Sorry for all of the long explanations, I hope everyone got the picture!!
