Use the string to tightly wrap around the rubberband.
How much string you use and where you place it will affect how your rubberband stretches.
Tie the string off at the end so it won't come loose.

or you can use those super small rubber bands from braces.

could you also use tape its easier to find this in an office then string?

Oh and If you take the big plastic peice off cut the metal tip out and put it back in it goes farther

I use tape and it works really good. I made one with 3 rubber bands and it stuck into the ceiling tile at scl

yeah probly, but you would have to keep your hand over the band.
