The Best Damn Pen Shooter Period.

Step 5 Firing

Grab the rubberband and the bottom of the ink cartridge, pull straight back, and release.

*Note* If you pull too tight, the ink cartridge might:
a) break within the pen, thus making a big mess
or
b) fly too hard and explode as it hits a rigid object, thus making a big mess

If you made this properly, it should fire around 30 feet at least.
Make modifications to your rubberband as needed.

 I made one of these a few years ago at work on my break in the stock room, and instead of using the ink part of the pen, I used a small metal rod that broke off one of the metal baskets.  I launched it nearly about 30 feet through the stock room and the rod went straight through a box and out the other side.  I decided to throw it away after that hahaha

I made one of the pen shooters and it works but you need to make a video because it took me a while to figure it out and when I did it went about 20.

Yeah, airsoft bbs fit perfect in typical pen cylinders.

if you want to fire bbs powerfully and make them hurt, make a condom rocket...

thats pretty good, of course you'd need to stick some kind of disk to the point end though or the be would just get caught in the side. anyone who tries that, remember to make sure the disk will fit the tube and ffs don't drop it in while trying to check it works, I recommend melting some wax into the shape for it.

to shoot BB's take the inside of a mechanical pencil (the part that holds the lead and eraser) and put it into the pen with the eraser end on the rubber band end. this works B/C the part that holds the eraser is wider than the rest of the tube and it fits neatly into the pen case so it will hit the BB but B/C of the wider eraser end it wont go flying out with the BB, this also makes it so that you don't need to attach it to the rubber band its self. see my very very crude diagram below:

i made one in class and my teacher took it up and he kinda looked down da barrel and it got within half an inch of his eye it left an embarassing welt and i got 3 detentions for bringing a potential weapon to class.
