My activity I've chosen is cooking, I'm going to make spaghetti out of spaghetti squash with Dijon mustard sauce, and some Italian style meatballs. First you cut it in half then you deseed the squash, after that you oil it and put any kind of seasoning on it that fits your taste. Then you put it on a baking sheet and have it facing downward, then put it in the oven at 425 for 25 minutes, you will know when it's done if you can poke a fork through it. After that's done, let it cool off once it is face it upright then with a fork scrape it against the flesh and it will make it look like little noodles. Once that happens you can put it in a bowl or use the squash as a bowl if you want. You can put what ever you want on it like meat sauce or meatballs, i like mine with a Dijon mustard sauce with some Italian meatballs.
