Now you're ready to incorporate the EL wire into the coat rack. Again, you have some creative license at this point.

Using a thin, sharp object - a knitting needle works well, or even a skinny pen - bore some holes into the four weather areas on the background (the sun and the three clouds), forming a pattern to weave the wires through. Think of it as a small connect-the-dots puzzle.

Next, weave each wire through its respective weather area. You should detach the wires from the circuit for this part, you can reattach them later.
