'The Dragons Tail'- A Knex Ball Machine. This ball machine and futures only one path, its a great path though when your wanting to watch something relaxing.  This ball machine doesn't have any elements. Balls never fail on this ball machine. It can only hold eight balls on the track. It does have something interesting on it, two ball chain lifts. Only one is incredibly small. The dragons tail is a great looking, performing ball machine!
Specs:
  • Has only one path.
  • Has two chain lifts.
  • Doesn't have even one element.
  • Only can hold a max of eight balls.
  • Different.
  • Never will fail.
  • Its cool!
So that completes my Instructable for my knex ball machine, 'The Dragons Tail'. Its a great ball machine but doesn't have any entertainment (Besides the curl and waves). Its just to fun to take apart. NOTE: I still have my semi automatic, blow-back pistol. I may post instructions for 'The Dragons Tail', just ask.

I got to be honest, I usually don't like Knex stuff but the ball machines are always awesome.

Simplem, yet very cool! I'd build it, but I don't have enough gears, and not any red gears. Is there an way to replace them with other parts when building? (and I have to find my only k'nex ball. If I can't find the ball, can I replace it with an lego ball as in this set?)

Very nice I love looking at ball machines but hate designing them. It takes a persistent person to fiddle with those massive ones. And I'm not one of them.
