Introduction: The Easiest Dollar Bill Ring

I have made a simple ring out of a US dollar. If you have a different currency you can do it with that. You can also do this with a piece of printer paper. I will make an instructable on how to do that soon.
This takes a minimum of about 2 minutes to do and only costs a dollar!
Things needed;
1 dollar or
a piece of printer paper cut to the dimensions of 15.6 cm by 6 cm

My answers to; Make to learn
What did you make?
I've made a ring out of a dollar bill. Anyone can use any bill even printer paper.

How did you make it?
I'e made this out a dollar bill. After seeing some of the similar instructables I decided to make a easier one. The first one iI saw was too hard to follow.

Where did you make it?
I made this 100% at home. This project connected to other parts of my life with the jewerly concept.

What did you learn?
I learned how to create oragami, without getting to stressed. If I was to do it again I would make extra neat folds and use a really crisp dollar bill. I honestly dd not have any surprises or challenges alng the way.

Step 1: The First Fold

Step 1;
Put the bill president side up.
Look along the top and you'll see a thin blackish, green line ( above the persons head)
Fold the top of the the dollar along that

Make sure to crease your folds!!!!!!

Step 2: The Second Fold

Step 2;
Fold that bill in half
Now open that little flap created
Place that part just folded in that flap

Step 3: The Third Fold

Step 3;
Fold the bill in half again
Make sure the bill is The United States of America (or what yours says) up
Also make sure there is a number on the very left

Step 4: The Fourth and Fifth Fold

Step 4 & 5;
Fold the light part beside the number inwards
Then nextly fold the right side of the one. Folds it so it looks like a square

Step 5: The Sixth Fold

Step 6;
Fold the boxed 1 back

Step 6: The Wrap (step 7)

Step 7;
Wrap the long strip around your finger a couple times. This will help give the ring it's shape.

Step 7: The Eighth Fold

Step 8;
Take some of the strip and fold it up 45 degrees.
A good spot is between the O and the F in the US of America
Move the upward strip in differnent spots for different sizes

Step 8: The Second "Wrap"

Step 9;
Wrap the strip around to meet behind the 1

Step 9: The Tenth, Eleventh and Last Fold

Step 10;
Open the number
Bring the vertical tap (strip) down to the inside of the number

Step 11;
Wrap the tab behind the number again. There will be a little bit left. Pull it tightly and lay it inside the number
* not pictured

Step 12;
Close the number. With that little tap, stick it inside the little pocket created by the strip

Congragulations! You're done! Have fun and Enjoy!
