Did this make it into the Instructables book? I hope so, because I haven't bought my copy yet. And I wanted to make sure.

very nice i might be moving to Hawaii and it might be possible for me to make it to California with an old rv and trade it for a yacht and sail to Hawaii which would also save the "where do i live?" problem

Here are some laws in Hawaii you may need to know (from http://www.dumblaws.com/laws/united-states/hawaii the site also has the text of most of the laws in legal terms.):
1. Billboards are outlawed,
2. All residents may be fined as a result of not owning a boat,
3. And coins are not allowed to be placed in one’s ears.
Just for a little heads up:)

I live in Australia and am in the progress of trying to track down a blue water sail boat.

This site doesn't help me much unless I am willing to take a trip but it may interest Americans.
It is a site dedicated to trying to connect people wanting to give up timber hulled boats and seekers.

http://www.woodenboatrescue.org

Hope that assists. ;-)
