Step 4Step : 4 Placing the LED's
Now to put them all together...
To make it easier i turned the hat's inside out.
Take each LED and place it tight in it's hole. (pic. 1)
Make sure each LED is secure and it won't fall out , you can even use glue for extra safety! (pic. 2)
