This Month's Challenge:
Share a hack that somehow involves sound.
I know that a week is a short time to do a great project and I wanted to start giving people more time to get their projects together, so I have decided to turn the weekly challenge into a monthly challenge. What this means for you is that you will now have more time, more chances to win, and better prizes. I am looking forward to seeing everyone's awesome entries.
To Enter:
Complete the challenge as specified above and share a link for a Photo or Step-By-Step Instructable in the comments below. Entries must be published after the challenge has started to qualify.
Rules:
1) You MUST post either a Step-By-Step or Photo Instructable (no Videos)
2) All Step-By-Step Instructables MUST have at least 3 steps and full photo documentation. All Photo Instructables MUST have at least 5 photos and a written explanation.
3) There is no limit to the number of Instructables you can post. However, no duplicate entries are allowed.
4) The judges reserve the right to disqualify anyone who cheats or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct.
5) To be clear, the project MUST be published after the challenge has started to be eligible.
OPEN TO US, CANADA (excluding Quebec), UK and AUSTRALIA
(see the official rules here)
Deadline:
All entries must be published and posted in the comments below posted by Midnight February 29th PST.
Judging:
All entries will be exclusively judged by Randofo based on successful completion, originality, and overall execution of the Instructable. Winners will be announced on or around March 1st.

...what happened to the other 5?
I would suggest sending a PM to randofo to confirm, and/or check your Instructables Inbox, and your email account (in case he sent you some info).
Since the prize list has been removed, there's nothing I can refer to now.
Tier #3: If there are at least 50 but no more than 99 entries, the entrant with the highest judges’ score will be awarded a Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W3 Digital Camera with 3.5-Inch LCD, a 1-year Instructables Pro membership, a Sugru sample pack, and an Instructables robot t-shirt. Approximate retail value: $400, £ 257.32. The entrant with the next highest judges’ score will be awarded a prize package including a Sony BDP-S480 Blu-ray Disc Player, a 1-year Instructables Pro membership, a Sugru sample pack, and an Instructables robot t-shirt. Approximate retail value: $165, £ 106.14. The entrants with the next 5 highest judges’ scores will each be awarded a prize package including a 1-year Instructables Pro membership, a Sugru sample pack, and an Instructables robot t-shirt. so blinkyblinky, if there were 61 entries.. your Octosynth should have won you, pro membership, sugru sample pack, and T-shirt!! I'm sure it all takes a bit of time to process. Congratulations!!!

I've got over a dozen halfway finished Instructables, but I'm pretty burned out so I'm pretty certain this is going to be the final entry for me in this month's challenge. Maybe if audio is a challenge again or something where there's enough overlap I'll finish them.
