Could you, if for say you dont like sleeping with the wooly-boogers, take the 2 front stakes when your in it and pull the "door" shut? just a suggestion :)

No, I hate to say, because those two stakes create the tension wich holds the whole thing up. Just 2 days ago I slept in this shelter out camping. To keep the wind out I used a 4x8 tarp staked in front and pulled over the entrance with a rope to create a rain fly type thingy. If you want to be completely protected I suggest buying a tent. ; )
