Here's my latest video featuring hill running, I even got to wear the Go Pro helmet camera for my point of view.
Remember to run as fast as you can up the hill, really power it out! This will target your cardio, and tone your arms and legs as you use them to drive you up the hill. Jog or walk back down to recover slightly....and then repeat!
Don't forget to watch at the end for an out-take, well I had just run up and down a million times, no wonder I was cranky at the cameraman's comment....:-) !
