I created this Turkish Delight as the final finished layer to my multi-layered Turkish Delight Chocolate Brownie Pie. This Turkish Delight turned out so surprisingly well that I felt it deserves its own Instructable as I plan to make it many, many times.

I've also included a picture of the turkish delight as it appeared on the top of the pie - after you've had a go making this turkish delight I hope you will be inspired to make your own Turkish Delight themed creations.

Just curious is there any other flavors that work. I know that that rose is a common flavor, but what about lemon or other fruit flavors?

I have heard of orange and lemon and also vanilla.
I suspect that, while a lot of flavours could be used, gentle flavours would be best, my girlfriend suggested peach. Orange blossom is apparently awesome.
Big tip: Before making a new flavour, I would recommend using a cup of sugar water to test different flavours to see if they work and to test the amount of the flavouring needed.

The picture in step 2 looks like you used more than 8 tsp of rose water. Are we supposed to add the recommended amount of water on the gelatin package, more water or less water?

You are absolutely right... I forgot to add plain water to the ingredients list. Will update now. Thanks! Ps. 200ml water
