Step 2: start folding!

you are going to need to do the most precise folds for the best plane. first off you are going to fold the paper into a triangle and do the same on the other side.
WOW!!!!! This plane is awesome. I used line paper like u know ummmm.... not sure what the paper is called but this plane flew like 50 feet then hit a wall. All i know is that the paper has lines and three holes.Great Job!

It's notebook paper. It's also called loose leaf paper, or lined paper. Most people call it notebook paper, though.

is it notebook paper?

Lined paper?

notebook paper?
i think it is notebook paper too

Notebook paper or loose-leaf paper, whatever you wanna call it.

too heavy paper :)

mine turned out to look like a white block that someone ate and pooped back out....I did something wring

Great little plane so easy to fold for a great result.

I am so shocked with myself! Thanks to your clear, understandable instructions and the excellent photography, I was able to make a perfect plane on my first attempt! I took it outdoors and flew it up and down the road (March 15th, we still have too much snow here to fly paper planes in the yard). I got six paces (a pace is two steps) for the first several throws, then came in and stapled the angles, took it back out, waited for one car to slowly pass, and recommenced throwing. I got up to nine paces. I think my problem is the paper weight. My husband insists that heavy-weight paper goes through our printer more reliably (my guess is that the printer is loaded with enough cat hair to build a new litter of cats!). As soon as I find some very light-weight paper I'm going to build a fleet of these and drive my students crazy! Thanks for the great 'ible!

Awesome plane

SO AWESOME

Awesome plane

SO AWESOME

HOW DO I FOLD DIS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

its hard at first but its easy

It came out great!

Lol homework

Mine exploded!!! What did I do wrong?!!!

i failed really badly at this

It's called the hammer

This airplane is actually from the book The Kluts Book of Paper Airplanes

Ah I just got it. all I needed to know was if the very bottom corners had to touch as well.

I don't get the second part of step 5. could someone please explain?

dang,if you need a video for step five you gotta be brainless?!

My dog loved chasing it!

those stripes compliment the shape :)

sweet...................now imma hit my sister with it lol love r tho

Thankyou so much for this paper plane I won the furthest plane out of my whole class!

The plain works great. Thanks. I believe there is a step missing after step 4 where the wings are folded in again to give the fold lines that are visible in step 6 near the bottom corners, but they are not there in step 5.

I made it!

nice one

Wow, this looks like fun! I have to make one!
